中小企業採用雲端運算營運因素之研究

本研究主要目的在探討中小企業採用雲端運算營運因素之研究。為達研究目的，首先經由文獻探討及分析，瞭解有關雲端運算及營運因素之相關理論，藉以建構本研究之理論基礎，再採用問卷調查法，進行本研究實徵部份的資料蒐集。本研究使用「中小企業採用雲端運算營運因素」之問卷為測量工具，並以我國中小企業400家，具資訊專業背景或資訊系統之決策人員為調查樣本，採用隨機抽樣方式。資料分析則採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、Pearson積差相關、單因子變異數分析及廻歸分析等統計方法予以考驗各項研究假設。經由資料統計分析後，本研究獲致如下之五點結論：一、中小企業採用雲端運算對成本需求具有顯著的正向影響。二、中小企業採用雲端運算對商業需求具有顯著的正向影響。三、中小企業採用雲端運算對安全需求具有顯著的正向影響。四、中小企業採用雲端運算對成本需求構面影響最大。五、中小企業現階段願意採用之雲端應用系統，以不涉及公司機密資料系統為主。最後，針對研究發現與結論，分別就企業、雲端產業、推廣雲端產業有關單位及及後續研究等方面，提出建議事項，以作為企業導入雲端運算時整體考量之依據，及雲端供應商推廣與未來發展之參考。

This study investigates the adoptation of the Cloud Computing technology by Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in operation. A thorough literature review and analysis of current consensus provides the theoretical foundation for the study; the empirical findings are concluded from data collected from a pool of 400 SMEs in Taiwan. The statistical analysis employed tools such as: Frequency Distribution, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson's Product-Moment Correlations, ANOVA and Regression Analysis. The study provided five major conclusions. First, The Cloud Computing technology has a significantly positive impact on cost; Second, significant positive correlation to boosting business need; Third, providing security to business information; Fourth, providing its greatest advantage for SMEs by cost reduction. Currently, Fifth, SMEs were not using the Cloud Computing apps in the confidential parts of their business operations. Based on the analysis of results and conclusions, the thesis provides recommendations for SMEs in promotion, adoptation, utilisation, and development of the Cloud Computing technology.
