應用物聯網及大數據建構自行車運動智慧碼錶架構

摘要


近年來社會逐漸進步,現代人已經不再只是追求三餐溫飽,更注重自己的身體健康,而身體健康最簡單的方式就是運動,根據體育署的報告顯示,台灣國人從事戶外運動的比例為所有運動項目之冠,其中自行車運動的人口在近年來也有逐漸上升,但自行車運動的相關專業知識是國人比較不熟悉的,如果沒有專業的教練在旁給予指導就直接騎乘,會很容易造成運動傷害,因此本研究將提出自行車運動在智慧型碼錶創新架構,來提升運動者的運動能力或是減少運動傷害。 市面已經有在販售的自行車碼錶只有提供即時性的數據供使用者查看,而沒有做到建議功能,因此本研究將蒐集運動者的內在因素與天氣外在因素,將資料透過物聯網技術應用及大數據資料分析創新架構,提供建議運動模式給予運動者,讓運動者在運動過程中參考本研究所建議來運動,進而提升運動健身的效果。

In recent years, the society has gradually improved. Modern people are no longer just pursuing three meals, but also paying more attention to their own health. Also, the simplest way to be healthy is exercise. According to the report of the Sports Department, the proportion of Taiwanese people engaged in outdoor sports is the crown. The population of cycling sports has gradually increased in recent years, but the professional knowledge of cycling is relatively unfamiliar to the Chinese people, if there is no professional coach. Direct riding when given guidance, it will easily cause sports injuries. Thus, this study will propose an innovative architecture of bicycle sports in the smart code table to enhance the athlete's athletic ability or reduce sports injuries. There are already bicycle tags in the market that only provide instant data for users to view, but do not have suggested functions. Therefore, this study will collect the internal factors of the athletes and the external factors of the weather, and pass the data through the Internet of Things technology. The application and the big data data analysis innovation architecture provide the recommended sports mode to the athletes, so that the athletes can refer to the recommendations of the institute to exercise during the exercise process, thereby improving the effect of exercise and fitness
