Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of positive discipline, servant leadership and well-being on classroom management effectiveness within Taichung elementary school class teachers and carried on positive research. We start with a questionnaire survey, used stratified proportionate sampling to extract 227 samples from Taichung elementary school class teachers. The statistical analysis included confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Positive discipline performs significant improvement on classroom management effectiveness. 2. Well-being reinforces significantly the performance of positive discipline on classroom management effectiveness. 3. Servant leadership performs significant improvement on classroom management effectiveness. 4. There is on moderation of well-being on the performance of servant leadership on classroom management effectiveness.
