隨著網路頻寬的改善,越來越多網站使用了影音串流、即時3D與擴增實境等技術呈現內容。本研究以336位大學生為對象,藉由數位典藏網頁系統之建構,結合圖片、虛擬實境(VR)與擴增實境(AR)科技等技術來呈現數位典藏之物件,並採問卷方式衡量使用者之認知與偏好影響。期望能探討不同媒體科技呈現(圖片、虛擬實境、擴增實境)與不同認知風格(場域獨立與場域依賴)對於使用者在系統使用時間、系統使用性(SUS)、使用者互動滿意度(QUIS)、學習成效是否有影響、差異。透過描述性統計分析、二因子多變量異數分析、Post Hoc檢定等統計方式了解,本研究結果發現: 一、不同媒體科技呈現「圖片」、「虛擬實境」、「擴增實境」會影響使用者的「系統使用時間」、「系統使用性」、「使用者互動滿意度」。 二、不同認知風格 「場域獨立」、「場域依賴」會影響使用者的「系統使用時間」、「系統使用性」、「使用者互動滿意度」、「學習成效」。 三、不同媒體科技呈現與不同認知風格對於「系統使用時間」之交互作用,經多變異數分析達到顯著差異。 四、「場域獨立」比「場域依賴」還有更佳的學習成效。 五、媒體科技呈現為「虛擬實境」時,有較佳的使用性及互動滿意度。 研究結果將有助於未來數位典藏資料庫之呈現方式及網頁設計者之參考。
With the improvement of network bandwidth, more websites used video streaming, real-time 3D rendering or augmented reality to present the content. The subjects in this study are three hundred and thirty-six university students. Students were grouped into two cognitive style, one is Field Independent (FI) and the other is Field Dependent (FD). The digital archive system are designed with different visual display (pictures ,Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality) to be used by students. Students in each group were randomly assigned to each of the visual display. The study is carried out using questionnaire and surveys to understand the users’ cognition and preference of using picture ,virtual reality or augmented reality on efficiency ,System Usability Scale (SUS), Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS) and Learning effectiveness. Through statistics methods such as descriptive statistical analyses, two-way MANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple comparison methods. Results of this study reveal: (1) Different visual display (pictures, virtual reality or augmented reality) affected users’ efficiency , system usability, and user interaction satisfaction. (2) Different cognitive style (field independents and field dependents) affected users’ efficiency , system usability, and user interaction satisfaction.. (3) An interactive effect of visual display (pictures, virtual reality or augmented reality) and cognitive style (field independents and field dependents) were found through MANOVA. (4) Field independent learned better than field dependent on learning effectiveness. (5) Virtual reality had a good user rating on system usability and interaction satisfaction. Research findings will be useful for the designers of web site and multimedia of digital archives database.
