本研究以參加美國、加拿大、澳洲以及紐西蘭的打工度假者為例,目的為釐清打工度假與體驗價值及自我效能之間的關係。本研究以非隨機的立意抽樣方式發放網路問卷,共蒐集117份問卷。 本研究結果顯示打工度假類型之地點對體驗價值有顯著差異存在;有無勞務技術性與所學專業有無相關對體驗價值有顯著差異存在;打工度假類型地點對自我效能有顯著差異存在;有無勞務技術性與所學專業有無相關對自我效能無顯著差異存在;打工度假深度顯著正向影響體驗價值;打工度假深度顯著正向影響自我效能;打工度假廣度無顯著正向影響體驗價值及自我效能、打工度假國家對體驗價值有顯著差異存在;打工度假國家對自我效能無顯著差異存在;體驗價值有正向顯著影響自我效能。
The working holiday program provides foreign college students with an opportunity to live and work during their vacation to extending the cultural of understanding and to be exposed way of life. As the participants, they may have culture shock on experiencing an unfamiliar way of life; however they would have adjustment to new cultural environments during the vacation. Working and traveling could be associated as a dynamic on the nature of consciousness for participants. Therefore, this research compare the working holiday of four main country. The first, according to compare working holiday on Various, only America needed to apply for paper working by agency. Secondly, the program was only limited for four month in America. Main purpose of this study was to investigate the“Working holiday”process the situation of Experiential Value in different country;the change of Self-Efficacy;the situation after back to Taiwan. The main findings were as followings: The first, the different types of working holiday could result in Experiential Value and self-efficacy. Secondly, the different Experiential Value could result in Self-Efficacy. This study provided 117 questionnaires, 117 questionnaires were obtained and the statistic method of T-test, ANOVA and Scheffe were used.
