以科技接受模式探討行動支付對消費者行為的影響-以LINE Pay為例

摘要


伴隨金融科技的時代的到來,行動支付的技術發展逐漸成熟。為探討台灣為背景之消費者決定使用LINE Pay之影響因素,本研究藉由科技接受模式為理論模型基礎發展出研究架構,並使用偏最小平方結構方程模式進行統計分析。 網路問卷計發放170份,刪除無效問卷10份,其中有效問卷計160份,整體有效率為94.1%。研究結果如下: 1.個人態度(包括行動支付相關知識及正面情緒)對使用LINE Pay的感知有用性及感知易用性有正向影響。 2.系統特性(包括便利性、系統品質及安全性)對使用LINE Pay的感知有用性及感知易用性有正向影響。 3.感知易用性正向影響LINE Pay之使用意圖。 本研究最後依據實際證明結果供業者及後續研究人員參考且提出相關建議,。

With the ongoing age of Fintech, the technology of mobile payment has grown continuously and well developed. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing the use of LINE Pay in Taiwan. The researcher adopted the technology acceptance model (TAM) as the theoretical framework and implemented the method of partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the model. The data collection was carried out by online questionnaires with a total of 170 datasets. After excluding 10 invalid samples, 160 samples were analyzed. The overall effective response rate was 94.1%. The results demonstrated that (a) individual perceived factors (i.e. mobile payment knowledge and positive emotions) significantly and positively influenced the perceived usefulness and ease-of-use; (b) characteristics of LINE Pay system (i.e. convenience, system quality, and security) significantly and positively influenced the perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use; and (c) the ease-of-use significantly and positively affected user’s intention to use LINE Pay
