摘要

注意力缺失過動症的醫學正式名稱為注意力欠缺過動障礙兒童，是兒童最常見的心智疾病之一，醫學界普遍認為兒童注意力缺失過動症的病因與環境、腦部損傷、遺傳及家庭因素等有關，現代中醫理論發現兒童注意力缺失過動症的先天稟賦不足是本病的內因，加之後天失調、產傷以及教育不當等皆可導致本病。
本研究的目的在透過中醫典籍對注意力缺失過動症相關辨證與方劑，做一個典籍的資料整理與論述。根據中醫師對注意力缺失過動症患兒所做的治療，依其臨床經驗，提供得到的中醫相關辨證與方劑，以及國內外相關醫學期刊，在中醫藥方面對注意力缺失過動症所做的研究成果，將得到有關於注意力缺失過動症的辨證與方劑，藉由中醫典籍的資料搜尋，將結果整理與論述。希望此研究成果能對中醫藥從業人員、注意力缺失過動症相關研究人員及家有此患兒的家長能有顯著幫助與參考的價值。

It is one of the familiar sane diseases, medical science formal name attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADHD. ADHD was named attention deficit over-activity handicapped children. The disease (ADHD), medical professionals general deemed, related to environment, brain-wound, inheritance and family factors. Modern Chinese Medicine theory found: ADHD internal cause was innate natural disposition insufficient. Moreover, ADHD may be caused by an acquire disease, injured in the birth-procedure and educational in appropriate etc. factors.

The study purposes are to have ancient books and records arrange and discuss, through traditional Chinese medical science to be related to evidences and prescriptions of ADHD. According to Chinese Medicine physician gave the therapy to the Children of ADHD. Depend on their clinical experiences, provided by Chinese medicine related evidences and prescriptions and international and domestic related medical periodicals. The study results of Chinese medicine of ADHD. Through traditional Chinese medical science ancient books and records data research, the researchers try to arrange their results and discussions. Hopefully, the study results may make significant use and consult of Chinese medicine professionals, the ADHD related researchers and the family of ADHD.
