利用主題地圖概念建置現代疾病中醫方劑與藥材知識庫網路查詢平台－以「注意力缺失過動症」為例

摘要

注意力缺失過動症（ADHD）是兒童時期常見的心智疾病，目前沒有任何確切證據證實導致這種病症的原因，故臨床治療上缺乏診斷標準及治療準則，以及積極有效的藥物。八十年代開始，實驗證明中醫藥治療有療效好、副作用少的優勢，而中醫藥典籍提供大量研究的文獻依據，以及臨床診療的經驗傳承，但資料繁多，必須運用資訊科技使典籍資料易於檢索利用，因此建置中醫藥電子知識庫是當務之急。本研究整理出中醫典籍文獻中萬餘筆的相關中醫藥資料，採用主題地圖(Topic Maps)的知識組織觀念來規劃知識庫架構，結合資料庫即時變更的便利性，建立一個提供分類目錄式與關鍵字詞搜尋的注意力缺失過動症中醫方劑與藥材知識庫系統，藉著清楚、明確的分類架構體系及主題查詢模組，引導使用者快速取得其所需的相關知識，以作為客觀、全面的參考。

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a common psychiatric disease in childhood. There are no reasons to prove the occurrence of this disease and no effective treatments. Since 1990s, there are some advantages have proved that Traditional Chinese medicine has great cure and few side effects in many experiments.
The traditional Chinese medicine books provide precious clinical experience for reference. There are so much information and books that need to be integrated for easy search and exploitation by information technology. Thus building up a knowledge base for Traditional Chinese medicine is a critical work.
In this thesis, we integrate more than ten thousand related Traditional Chinese medicine data in the books of traditional Chinese medical science. The research adopts the concepts of knowledge organization of Topic Maps to structure the database and integrate with conveniences of update in time. We build up one knowledge base system that includes symptoms and prescriptions of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and provides classifiable catalogues and searching interface for the key words. The clear and explicit classification system, with the interface of topic search, can guide the users to search and obtain useful research data quickly for objective and complete reference.
