遺傳疾病對人類的影響極為重大,人類的細胞中約有二萬個以上的基因在運作著,其中任何一個基因出了問題都可能引起嚴重的後果,造成疾病。這些疾病目前雖然不常見,但其種類眾多,因此其總數是十分可觀的。 本研究之主要目的為針對遺傳性疾病,將美國國家生物技術資訊中心(National Center for Biotechnology Information)資料庫及GeneCards資料庫裡,與人類遺傳疾病有關的基因序列下載做整理,共取得2079條序列,並使用快速傅立葉轉換(Fast Fourier Transform; FFT),從頻譜圖形的波形以及特徵波長,來找尋一些可能造成遺傳性疾病發生的共同原因或模式特徵。
Inherited diseases vitally endanger the life of human. There are about twenty thousand genes cooperated to maintain the works in a cell, even if only one gene is failure, it may bring serious result and become disease. These diseases may be infrequent in heredity, however it exist huge diversity. In this study, we focused on the genetic sequences analysis about inherited diseases. The primarily sequence data were collected from NCBI and GeneCards, and were applied to extract the gene sequences regarding the inherited diseases. 2079 gene sequences about inherited diseases were defined finally. The method of Fourier transform was used to characterize the sequence pattern under different coding algorithm. The results revealed that there are common modules in the sequence pattern among different inherited diseases.
