本研究的目的在探討十週新式健身操活動對國中學生體適能的影響。以高雄縣橋頭鄉橋頭國中八年級對照組(男學生50人、女學生55人,共105人)五個班級;實驗組A(男學生67人、女學生70人,共137人)四個班級,實驗組B(男學生66人、女學生64人,共130人)四個班級共十一個班。受試對象學生人數為男生183人、女生189人,合計為372人。實驗組A實施十週每週三天、實驗組B實施十週每週一天的新式健身操活動,每次約30 分鐘,對照組則不實施。實驗組A、實驗組B與對照組都進行體適能前、後測,測驗項目為教育部所頒佈的1.身體質量指數;2.坐姿體前彎;3.立定跳遠;4.一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐;5.800、1600公尺跑走。 研究結果顯示不同背景因素在體適能各層面的表現情形: 1.在身體質量指數方面,不論是實驗組A、B或控制組學生,統計分析結果均未達顯著水準,顯示不受十週新式健身操訓練的影響。 2.在坐姿體前彎方面,實驗組A優於實驗組B、控制組;但在實驗組B與控制組並沒影響,顯示受十週新式健身操訓練的影響。 3.在立定跳遠方面,得知實驗組A與實驗組B優於控制組,顯示受十週新式健身操訓練的影響。 4.在仰臥起坐方面達顯著水準,得知實驗組A與實驗組B優於控制組,顯示受十週新式健身操訓練的影響。 5.在心肺適能方面達顯著水準,但得知實驗組A與實驗組B優於控制組,顯示受十週新式健身操訓練的影響。
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of physical fitness on junior high school eight-grade students after The New Style Gymnastics activities for 10-week. Five classes consisted of 50 boys and 55 girls in eight-grade, 105 students in total, were elected as the control group. Four classes consisted of 67 boys and 70 girls, 137 students in total, were elected as the experimental group A. Four classes consisted of 66 boys and 64 girls, 130 students in total were elected as the experimental group B of Chiao Tou Junior High school students, Kaohsing, Taiwan. The subjects of experimental groups and the control group are183 boys and 189 girls, 372 students and eleven classes in all. The subjects of experiment A carryout three days a week of 10-week The New Style Gymnastics activities about thirty minutes a time; the subjects of experiment B carryout one day a week of 10-week The New Style Gymnastics activities about thirty minutes a time, and the subjects of control weren’t. The experimental groups and the control group had to go through all the testing events before and after the training. The test method was used the standard way of Education Ministry, Taiwan, R. O. C., including (1) body mass index, (2) sit and research, (3) standing boarding jump, (4) 60 seconds curl-ups, and (5)800m run and 1600m run. Data analysis reveals the differences of physical fitness before and after training, the result shows that: 1. For the body mass index, there were no significant difference between pre-test and post-test both in the boys and girls of experimental A,B and control groups. Data analysis reveals the training of The New Style Gymnastics activities for 10-week had no influence on the subjects of experimental A, B and control groups. 2. For the sit and reach, the subjects of experimental group A were doing better than the experimental group B and the control group; but there were no significant difference between pre-test and post-test both in the boys and girls of experimental B and control groups. Data analysis reveals the influence of The New Style Gymnastics activities for 10-week on the subjects of groups. 3. For the standing boarding jump, the subjects of experimental group A and B were doing better the control group. Data analysis reveals the influence of The New Style Gymnastics activities for 10-week on the subjects of groups. 4. The 60-seconds curl-ups, there were significant difference between pre-test and post-test both in the boys and girls of experimental group A and B, and they were doing better than the control group. Data analysis reveals the influence of The New Style Gymnastics activities for 10-week on the subjects of groups. 5. The cardiovascular fitness, there were significant difference between pre-test and post-test both in the boys and girls of experimental group A and B, and they were doing better than the control group. Data analysis reveals the influence of The New Style Gymnastics activities for 10-week on the subjects of groups.
