中文摘要 本研究旨在探討民宿經營者所需要具備之核心能力,並將其能力轉化成教育訓練課程,提供相關單位規劃訓練課程時的參考與建議。 研究資料以郵寄問卷調查的方式收集,針對「台灣鄉村民宿發展協會」之會員為研究對象。共發出152份問卷,有效回收問卷101份,有效回收率達66%。根據所得之資料,以SPSS統計分析軟體進行資料分析工作:以描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後檢定、t檢定、與IPA重要-表現程度分析等統計方法進行統計分析。研究結果發現: 1.以平均數分析(Means analysis)測度結果顯示,各經營者對民宿經營者的核心能力,依其重要程度之平均數大小,依序分別為經營管理、勞動安全、行銷企劃、溝通表達、及成本控制能力等。若依實際頻率平均數大小排序,依序分別為經營管理、行銷企劃能力、勞動安全、溝通表達、成本控制能力等。 2.五個核心能力項目中,成本控制及勞動安全能力在重要程度方面,不同學歷程度的經營者具有顯著差異。 3.在民宿經營的重要程度與實際使用情況的檢定方面,有11個問項具顯著差異。 4.運用IPA分析法,共得到二十六項屬於必修課程之能力;並將能力轉化成教育訓練課程。
Abstract The purpose of this study aims to explore the core competences for B&B executives. And an educational training program is designed based on these core competences. According to the results of the study, suggestions are provided to relevant units as references for planning the training program. A questionnaire was designed to collect the data needed in the study in December 2005. The subjects were 152 members of the Taiwan Country Lodging Association with legal licenses. 152 copies of questionnaires were sent to the subjects and 101 effective copies were returned. Effective return rate was 66 %. All data were analyzed with the following methods: Descriptive Statistics, One-Way ANOVA , Scheffe Method , t Test , and rule of IPA. The results were as follows: 1.The results of means analysis shows that core competences for B&B executives are management competence, labor safety competence, marketing and planning competence, communication competence and cost control competence. (The order is arranged according the mean value.)The rank of core competences for B&B executives are management competence, marketing and planning , labor safety competence, communication competence and cost control competence. (The order is arranged according to mean value of real operating position.) 2.Among five core competence items, the cost controls and labor safety competence of managers with different the educational background degrees were significantly different in importance perspective. 3.11 items were significantly different in the importance perspective and real operating position perspective. 4.By using IPA analysis, 26 items of competence were found to be “required course” components, and they were incorporated into an educational training program.
