前言:台灣原住民飲酒其衍生的問題除個人身心健康受影響外,更波及婚姻、家庭,有關於原住民健康相關的實證性調查較少,其飲酒行為與家庭相關問題,亦乏人重視及研究,本研究透過家訪實證調查,探討邵族人之飲酒行為與家庭功能的相關性,希望藉此作為後續追蹤及相關部門政策擬定的依據。目的:了解邵族的健康狀況及影響之相關因素,探討影響邵族飲酒行為及家庭功能之相關因素,並進一步分析飲酒行為及其家庭功能之相關性。 方法:本研究屬調查為回溯性之個案研究,研究資料來源屬於次級資料,橫斷性的數據。邵族≧16 歲以上的現住人口共139 人作為普查對象,以結構式問卷進行實地家訪,完訪人口121 人作為研究對象,反應率為87.1%。以SPSS及SAS 統計套裝軟體進行各項統計資料分析。 結果:對於健康狀況的影響,其預測力大小依序為以16-19 歲為參考值,年齡為20-39 歲、飲酒行為、以16-19 歲為參考值,年齡≧65 歲;對於飲酒行為的影響,其預測力大小依序為家庭成員有飲酒問題、性別、身體疾病、婚姻、家庭功能;對於自覺家庭功能的影響,其預測力大小依序為飲酒行為、以16-19歲為參考值,年齡為20-39 歲、家庭成員有心情問題。結論:了解影響邵族飲酒行為及家庭功能之相關因素及其相關性,作為後續追蹤及相關部門政策擬定的依據。
Background:The alcohol and its emerging problems among Taiwan aborigines not only affect their mental and physical health but also their marriage and family. Empirical investigations on the health of aborigines are relatively few, and the issues of drinking behavior and the family are also lacking concerns. This study discusses the correlation between family functioning and the drinking behavior of Thao people. I hope that this study can be a further investigation and a reference for enacting related policy. purpose:The purposes of this investigation were to understand the health condition and the factors of its influence, to explore the influence of drinking behavior and family functioning of Thao, and to analyze the correlation of drinking behavior and family functioning. Methods:This is a retrospect case study. The data was of secondary data, i.e. of cross-sectional data. Structured questionnaire was developed and administrated to 139 Thao residents aged 16 and over, 121 persons were successful interviewed, with a response rate of 87.1%. The SPSS and SAS statistics software packages were used to analyze all kinds of statistics data. Results:The prediction of the influence on health, listed in order of seriousness, is the age group of 20 to 39 (with the age group of 16 to 19 as reference value), drinking behavior, and the age group of 65 and over(with the age group of 16 to 19 as reference value). The prediction of the influence on drinking behavior, listed in order of seriousness, is families with drinking problems, sex, physical illness, marriage, and people being self-aware of family dysfunction. The prediction of the influence on family function, listed in order of seriousness, is those drinking beh avior, those age 20 to 39 (with age group of 16 to 19 as reference value), and the families with emotional problems. Conclusion:Through understanding the factors influence the drinking behavior and family function and their correlation among Thao people, I hope that this study can be a further investigation and a reference for enacting related policy.
