臺灣光儲存媒體產業競爭優勢之探討

本研究主要探討全球光儲存媒體產業發展歷程及未來發展趨勢，並針對臺灣光儲存媒體產業發展歷程及經營累積的經驗加以探討，以五力分析、SWOT分析、鑽石模型理論等三個構面為理論基礎，針對價格、權利金及次世代光儲存規格發展等方面，分析臺灣光儲存媒體產業如何利用本身資源，保有競爭優勢，以持續競爭力，並期望能將研究成果提供予業者做為制定競爭策略之參考。本研究之結論與建議： 1. 鼓勵廠商投入創新研發，健全產官學之間的技術移轉。 2. 整合兩岸競合優勢，期能掌握次世代光儲存規格及市場，創造彼此利基。 3. 掌握關鍵技術，加強智慧財產權之管理。 4. 政府扮演的角色與穩定政局的發展。
