台中市不同無線網路族群對無線網路的使用滿意度之實証研究
The Empirical Studies of Wireless Networking Satisfaction Analysis：Based on Wireless Networking Groups in Taichung City
摘要
本研究的主題是探討台中市的無線網路使用者對無線網路使用滿意度的分析。 隨著網際網路已由有線的漸漸轉變成無線的領域，無線網路的使用率也越來越普及，同時在電子化企業和電子商務中最發燒的話題就是無線網路技術。本研究是透過地區性的問卷調查方式去進行，再利用敘述統計、皮爾森檢定、因素分析、單因子變異數分析和雪費事後檢定等研究方法，來分析實證研究的結果。 本研究的主要結果及結論如下： (1)ISP業者因為所能提供的服務範圍太小或是死角太多，導致使用者無法連上無線網路，是讓使用者感到不滿意的原因。 (2)ISP業者因為數目眾多，各家的收費亦不同沒有一個收費標準，讓使用者無所適從，是使用者感到不滿意的原因。 (3)ISP業者無法很迅速的告訴使用者如何設定無線網路連線，而增加使用者等待的時間是使用者感到不滿意的原因。 本研究在無線網路的使用地點次數分配圖中顯示，使用者除了在辦公室中使用無線網路外，位居第二的就是在家裡使用。在人口變數的職業別中，使用最頻繁的是資訊科技業，由此可見，無線網路的便利性，讓使用者不論在職場或是在家庭都與無線網路密不可分。 部份學歷較高的使用者在實際使用過無線網路後，都會與原先的期望有相當大的落差，有些受測者是遭受駭客竊取資料、在進行無線網路購物時被盜用信用卡卡號、在收發電子郵件時，內容被窺視等等的情事，這是台中市於時下發生率相當高的問題，對於無線網路的使用率也是一大威脅。 經過所有的分析結果顯示，不論是從便利性的觀點，還是安全性的層面，如果ISP業者能夠再配合，未來的無線網路世界真是一塊不可小看的大餅，同時若能將無線網路擴大應用於生活中，那將來就不會再有「線」的煩惱。

The subject of this research is mainly targeted users’ satisfaction on Wireless Network Services in Taichung city. In many IT industries, wireless techniques becomes a generally topic day by day. Questionnaire methodology is used on this research, whereby this thesis is written according to descriptive statistics, ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. There are some reasons that users of wireless network are frustrated when there are problems on wireless coverage or when there is in need of wireless access to the internet but unable to be accomplished. All of those are the main problems that users are really concerned, especially they have paid to the ISP and they haven't got satisfied services yet. There are many ways that ISP could improve, such as stabilizing the wireless infrastructure, increasing wireless coverage area and providing manual or customer service for users to setup. According to the research which is on coverage area, there are users that use the wireless service from their offices and homes. Due to market oriented, many people are heading towards to IT industry nowaday. Therefore, wireless service is required almost everywhere, even at their homes. It is the best idea which is wireless service coverage could be covered all over the city. According to the statistics, there are significant changes from their original anticipation for wireless network for users having been better educated; because there are security issue happenings after they have transacted over to the wireless network, such as credit card details intercepting, E-mail having been duplicated and hacker stealing the data. This issue can cause a large threat to wireless service provider. This thesis manifests that if ISP can provide better security and wireless infrastructure stability, it will bring the internet firms toward to wireless field broadbandly. When there are satisfied wireless services everywhere in the city, it doesn’t care about cables threat anymore.
