本研究之目的旨在探討台中市大廈型社區居民對於休閒活動的認知、參與經驗及活動需求的情形。本研究以台中市八個行政區內各選取一個大廈型社區,為本研究的對象社區,採用簡單隨機抽樣進行問卷調查,有效樣本合計256人。所得資料以描述性統計、次數分配、卡方考驗、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe法事後檢定等進行統計與分析討論。 發現與結論:一、台中市大廈型社區居民對於休閒認知,己有很高程度的理解;二、參與動機以健康促進型態為優先;三、參與活動類型經驗依序為視聽類、閒情類、運動類為最多;四、參與阻礙因素比率最高的為缺乏參與活動技能;五、活動類型需求則以運動類、娛樂類及技藝類的需求度最高;六、活動方式需求度排序前二的為社區專項社團活動、活動技能發展活動;七、活動規劃品質需求則以滿足社區居民需求、專業教練臨場指導的需求度最高;八、活動需求差異方面,在活動類型、活動方式及活動規劃品質等構面之需求度,各不同特徵的社區居民部分有顯著差異。 研究建議:一、政府有關單位應繼續注重並加強國人的休閒教育;二、多多規劃舉辦可促進社區居民健康行為的休閒活動;三、個體自我引導的休閒類型可由社區居民自由進行;四、活動規劃應設法排除參與阻礙因素;五、活動規劃應能滿足社區居民的需求;六、鼓勵社區居民成立專項活動社團組織;七、所提供的活動內容應以所有潛在參與者為對象。
The purpose of this study was to understand the recognition, participation, and demands of residents of building complex communities in Taichung City on recreational activities, in order to provide references to planning of community recreational activities. This study selected one building complex community from each of the eight administrative districts in Taichung City. The residents of the communities were randomly selected for questionnaire survey, and the valid samples were 256. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, Chi square test, t-test, One-way ANOVA Model and Scheffe method. The results are: 1) the residents of building complex communities in Taichung City showed high recognition of recreational activities; 2) their main motive in participating recreational activities in promoting health; 3) the main types of recreational experience include visual-reading, leisure, and sports; 4) the main obstructing factor in participation is lack of skills in the activity; 5) the main demands for activity types include sports, entertainment, artistry, and travel; 6) the main demands for activity methods include community activities and skill development activities; 7) the main demands for activity planning quality are meeting the demands of the residents and on-site professional coach; 8) the demands for activity type, activity methods, and planning quality showed significant difference in residents with different characteristics. Suggestions from this study: 1) Relevant authorities of the government should continue to pay attention to and reinforce the leisure education for fellow citizens; 2) more leisure activities may be arranged in the communities to promote people’s healthy behaviors; 3) any self-leading individual type of leisure activities can be carried out freely by residents in the communities; 4) any planning on the activities should try to avoid obstructing factors for participation; 5) any planning on the activities should satisfy the needs of residents in the communities; 6) to encourage residents in the communities to establish social clubs of specific activities; 7) all activities provided should be aimed at covering all potential participants.
