本研究旨在建構高級中等學校門房警衛專業能力之指標,運用Delphi法,反覆徵詢承攬中學警衛安全之保全公司主管、警察機關主管、警察大學教授、國立高中(職)校長、學校警衛管理人員、教育部教育服務役業務承辦人、軍訓督導、中央民意代表及校警協會代表等學者專家共17人,評定各指標之適切程度。經三次Delphi問卷填答已獲專家ㄧ致性共識,建構本研究「專業知識」、「專業技能」、「專業態度」等三方面專業能力共57項能力指標,其中在專業知識方面細分為:專業基本知識、一般相關知識、應勤實務知識;在專業技能方面細分為:警衛技巧、應變能力、行政管理;在專業態度方面細分為:服務奉獻、專業表現、自我成長等共九項細指標。後測考驗階段針對台灣省苗栗、台中、南投、彰化縣及台中市等五縣市的中學警衛(共188員)以正式指標問卷進行調查。予回收樣本T檢定與單因子變異數(one-way ANOVA)分析,探討專家群及不同背景變項之警衛人員對專業能力指標的看法、與警衛人員具備各項專業能力的情形,研究之結論與建議供主管教育行政機關、學校及後續研究之參考。
This research is for the propose of constructing specialized ability indicators for the senior high school doorman security guard. Utilizing the Delphi method, it conducts to repeatedly seeking information of the managers of security guard company and police institution, the professors of Police University, the principal of the national senior high schools, administrators of the school security guard, the undertakers of the service duty in the Ministry of Education, the military training directors, the central public representatives and the representatives of the school police association, including 17 scholars and experts. They evaluate the appropriateness of these various indicators. Through three Delphi questionnaires, mutual recognition has been attained by the experts on 57 ability indicators in three aspects of professional competence. These professional competence includes " professional knowledge", " professional skill", and " professional attitude". There are three sub-indicators under each of them. The professional knowledge is subdivided into professional elementary knowledge, general correlation knowledge, and duty operation knowledge. The professional skill is subdivided into security guard skill, strain capacity, and administration management. The professional attitude is subdivided into service offer, professional performance, and self-growth. At the post-test stage, this indicator questionnaire is used to investigate 180 middle high school doormen security guards in Miaoli, Taichung, Nantou, Zhanghua counties and Taichung City in Taiwan Province. T test and one-way ANOVA are used to analyze the experts' and various doormen security guards' views on these professional competence indicators as well as the doorman security guards' professional ability. The conclusion and suggestions will be offered to educational administration agencies and schools for further research.
