探究兩岸大學策略聯盟之可行性-以MBA系所為例

摘要


本研究以「大學校院管理學院MBA/EMBA班學生對兩岸大學策略聯盟看法之調查問卷」作為研究工具,探討台灣亞洲大學MBA/EMBA學生(N=40)和廣州暨南大學MBA學生(N=54)對兩岸大學管理學院中MBA教育的相關的系所進行策略聯盟的可行性。本研究結果發現: 1.在策略聯盟功能方面,兩所學校學生認為策略聯盟之後,有關兩岸企業課程議題會和到對岸企業實習課程會增多,也可擴展人脈網路。但整體而言對學校效益會比學生更多。其次,策略聯盟方式方面,兩所學校學生認為可採行方式包括:邀請對方教授當客座教授,共同舉辦「國際學術研討會」、「聯合講座」及「企業實習參訪課程」。 2.兩所學校學生對略聯盟功能的看法在學校方面、學生方面和整體功能方面看法均達顯著差異策。但對策略聯盟方式的看法,在「設備與制度」、「課程合作方」、「研究合作」和「整體合作」方面均未達著差異。 3.逐題分析兩所學校學生對策略聯盟功能看法的差異情形,發現僅有五題達差異,其他題項兩所學校學生看法相雷同。而在策略聯盟方式看法方面,僅有四種方式有達差異,其他方式兩所學校學生金認為可行性很高。 4.分析不同背景變項包括性別、年級、年齡、職業類別和工作年資五項的MBA/EMBA學生對策略聯盟功能的看法,結果僅發現40歲以上學生和30歲以下學生看法有差異外,其他變項並不影響學生對策略聯盟功能的看法。而在策略聯盟方式方面,均未發現有差異情形。 本研究最後亦根據研究結果,對未來兩所學校在進行策略聯盟計劃運作與課程規劃時。提供若干建議。

To explore the feasibility of forging the strategic alliance among the MBA/EMBA in Universities in Taiwan and in Mainland China, the researcher uses a questionnaire as an instrument to investigate 40 MBA/EMBA students in Asia University in Taiwan and 54 MBA students in Jinan University in Guangzhou. The findings of this research are: 1. The function of strategic alliance: the students think that in the strategic alliance there will be more business forums and more practical training courses, and also more interpersonal experience. As a whole, strategic alliance will bring more benefits to colleges than to students. Moreover, the students suppose some possible ways to building the strategic alliance, such as exchanging faculty, holding international conferences and forums, and arranging interview or courses of practical training. 2. There is significant difference between the students’ view toward the function of strategic alliance, but there is no significant difference in the aspects of “equipments and systems”, “the collaboration of courses”, “the collaboration of research”, and “the collaboration in entirety”. 3. Analyzing each item of the questionnaire, the researcher discovers that there are significant differences in only five items of “function” aspect, and only four in “ the ways of strategic alliance” aspect. Forging strategic alliance, according to the students, is very feasible. 4. Among the variables such as gender, grade, age, profession, and work experience, there is only one significant difference in “function” aspect between “age-40-and -up” and “age-30-and-below”. In “the ways of strategic alliance” aspect, however, there is not ant significant wdifference. According to the findings, the researcher proposes some suggestions toward future planning for the design of courses and the strategic alliance between the two universities.
