摘要

本研究以加和營造作為研究對象，利用自行撰寫之會員管理系統(Web Admin)為主架構，以互動性溝通更能為原則，來進行設計，並輔以Flash等多媒體功能加強使用意願，來建構一個企業網站。透過開放性原始碼(ASP)與資料庫的連結，除了可以有效控制會員資料外，更能夠加強雙向溝通的機制，使業主可以清楚快速的獲取建案的相關資訊，並提供意見給管理者，減少兩地往來的時間。
而利用已建構之平台，除可掌控會員狀態外，更能有效串連內部員工以及中、下游廠商，除了進行資料下載外，未來更可利用此系統可無限擴充的特點，進行相關軟體的結合，例如進貨成本控管、虛擬實境導覽甚至可利用PDA手機將建案現場資訊直接上傳至資料庫進行更新。研究結果顯示，本研究所架設之新版網站符合一般使用者的期待，所呈現之滿意度均在4以上，表示本研究所抽樣調查的網路使用族群，普遍都能接受此新型態的互動式網站設計概念，且透過後台管理模組的強化與資料編碼統一化，更能有效的加強管理者在經營與改善網站的速率，也更有利於與其他網站接軌，或做資源共享的動作。

The result of study shows, use satisfaction to be above 4, on behalf of this network user whose research investigated, can accept the design concept of such new-type attitude generally. And by way of strengthening the mould group of back-stage management and unified materials code interconnected system, can strengthen management and improved speed effectively, furthermore help to do resource-sharing with other websites.
