中小企業聚落的知識管理與創新之關聯─以台中地區為例

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解以台中地區為例的中小企業對知識管理與創新的認知、執行、與合作的關聯。本研究先訪談中小企業業主、管理幹部,再以問卷進行調查。 研究調查樣本地區選擇台中工業區、中部科學工業園區、大里工業區、太平工業區,以及台中東區五金區等,針對這幾個工業區域聚落內的中小企業之業主、主管等,以判斷取樣(judgment sampling)方式,就企業推動知識管理與創新的情況,進行訪問、調查與研究。本研究發出的問卷為435份,成功收回的問卷為332份,有效問卷為306份。針對有效問卷,應用電腦統計軟體,進行分析研判。 研究結果發現:不同性別、年齡、業務單位、公司地點的中小企業聚落主管,在知識管理與創新之認知、執行與合作上有顯著差異;不同年資、教育程度、職務、公司員工人數、公司資本額、公司營業額的中小企業聚落主管,在知識管理與創新之認知、執行與合作上無顯著差異;不同背景變項的企業主管,其知識管理與創新有正向相關。研究結果提供中小企業經營管理者、相關政府單位、未來研究者具體建議與參考。

The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between knowledge management and innovation among small and medium enterprises in the Taichung area. The main focus was on the understanding, executive ability and willingness to cooperate with other enterprises. Data was collected by personal interview, and executives of enterprise clusters in the Taichung area were requested to complete questionnaires. The results of the questionnaires were subjected to statistical analysis to determine if the enterprises were aware of the importance of knowledge management and innovation, and if they had the intent to cooperate with other enterprises in a cluster. We chose enterprises in five industrial zones as our sample areas and sent out 435 questionnaires. Three hundred and thirty two were returned and of these 306 were effective for analysis. The statistical approaches used included factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis. The results show that there are significant differences in factors such as gender, age, department, and corporation location for the senior officials in the enterprises. There were no significant differences in the factors of: number of years working, education, position, employee numbers, company capitalization2 and turnover of the company on the understanding, executive ability and will to cooperate with other enterprises. It was found that senior officials with different backgrounds have positive attitudes and relationships with knowledge management and innovation. Suggestions are provided for government officials, the related enterprises and future researchers who are interested in this field.
