摘要

目前企業的競爭，已不再是比較企業體的大小，而是取決於如何對市場、客戶與競爭對手作出最佳及最快速的回應，換句話說，迅速精準的決策，將是致勝的關鍵，而EIS則能夠幫助達到此目的。本研究利用新一代網頁技術，將標準化的服務或功能製作成模組化的系統，來加速反應使用者個人化的需求，迅速提供解決方案。配合資料倉儲之應用，模擬架構於Web環境上的主管資訊系統，並就系統功能面加以討論；採行多維度的階層架構，輔助建構資料市集，用簡單快速的開發工具，設計出符合3C連鎖商店使用的EIS系統，進而提昇系統導入成功率與企業競爭力。

The competition of enterprise in nowadays is not judged by the size of companies, but is determined by how fast and best the company can respond to markets, consumers, and competitors. In other words, the most crucial key point is to make rapid and accurate decisions. The EIS (Executive Information System) will help to achieve the purpose. This research report uses the newest web technique which uses the standard services and functions which are combined into the module system to speed up responses to the user’s requirement, and to provide quickly the solution. Moreover, the function of EIS, which simulates the frame on the web environment with application of Data warehouse, is fully discussed. Furthermore, by using the multi-dimensional hierarchy structure to build the data mart, and simple quick-developing tool to design a EIS system suitable for 3C chains stores, it will improve the EIS implementation success rate and increase the competition of enterprises.
