摘要

隨著網際網路及資訊科技的普及化，電子郵件已成為現今人與人之間重要的溝通橋樑，並有著極大的便利性；但也因電子郵件的使用量越大進而所產生的問題也越多，如何解決電子郵件所帶來的相對問題是現今各企業主所頭痛的問題。

本研究是針對因金費有限，又必須擁有自建郵件伺服器之一般中小型企業，設計整合一個安全且被信賴的電子郵件收發機制。也就是以市面上容易取得的軟體來建立郵件伺服器，且透過資料庫身分認證的方式，用在傳統的郵件協定上，讓使用者可以在任何地方收發電子郵件，並且結合網頁瀏覽機制讓使用者存取電子郵件。解決了收發 E-mail 的問題之後，接下來所產生的就是如何解決廣告信件的問題，收集相關廣告信之樣本，並且透過垃圾郵件阻擋機制來過濾電子郵件，達到阻擋廣告及垃圾信件之功能。

With the popularization of the Internet and information science and technology, E-mail has become one of the most convenient and important means of communication nowadays. However, the wide usage of E-mail also brought about numerous problems, posing as a major predicament for many big enterprises.

This research aims at designing a safe and dependable send-and-receive E-mail System for small and medium enterprises in the need of constructing a self-built E-mail server, but with limited budget. In other words, the construction of an E-mail server using software available from local markets applied on the traditional mail protocol via database identity authentication enables users to send and receive E-mail from anywhere. In addition, users may also use browsers to gain access to E-mails, while spams can blocked out as well.
