網際網路電話預付式服務與計費系統在VoIP網路上之建置

摘要


由於網際網路成本不斷降低,方便性不斷提昇,網際網路電話已成為大眾取代固網、行動電話的不二選擇,而在行動電話市場佔有一定比例的預付式服務營收也向上不斷攀升。因此,結合網際網路電話低成本與預付式服務可控制話費的兩大優勢,網際網路電話預付式服務將會成為未來之趨勢。 本論文之目的在以免費的開放軟體建置出網際網路電話預付式服務,再以此平台為基礎,實作出計費系統,最後對此平台做系統測試,結果顯示本系統每秒可無漏接處理400通網路電話。如將系統瓶頸元件移至獨立主機,則數目約可提高接近兩倍。本論文結果可以非常低廉的成本自行建置組織內部網際網路電話提供中小型企業、大專院校或公司行號的參考。

Due to the low cost and the convenience of Internet, VoIP services are the best choice to substitute for fixed-networks and mobile phones. The profit of prepaid service in mobile phone market is continuously increasing. Therefore, with the integration of the two advantages in VoIP service and prepaid service (i.e. the low cost of VoIP and the controlled fee of prepaid service), VoIP prepaid service is expected to be the main trend in the future. The purpose of this thesis is to implement VoIP prepaid services and billing system by using open-source software. Experimentations are conducted showing that our system can accommodate 400 calls per second without loss. If the bottleneck component is moved to a standalone server, this number is nearly doubled. The result of this thesis can provide guidelines for small or medium firms, universities, colleges and companies to install a VoIP system with very low cost.
