RFID建構於農牧業管理系統以養豬為例

摘要


隨著國人生活品質的提高,開始注重的便是吃的健康,國內屠宰場大多仍以 傳統的人工屠宰為主,缺乏電宰設備及不習慣使用電宰設備的情形均有,使得肉 品衛生安全令人擔憂,同時非法屠宰現象無法有效杜絕,不合乎衛生標準之肉品 流入市場,導致消費者健康深受威脅,而且屠宰後之廢棄物隨意棄置,嚴重污染 環境。如果導入RFID 技術加強改進肉品運銷設備,推動分級、分切、包裝、冷 藏一元化運銷,並多方辦理電宰與肉品衛生宣導教育,取締非法屠宰,建立合格 肉品標誌,勸導消費者選購合格且衛生的肉品,建立現代化的肉品運銷制度。 將RFID 運用於養豬業,是借重其強大的資料追蹤管理特色,RFID 晶片植 入豬隻的耳朵,紀錄豬隻的生長過程,從基因、飼料、打預防針、成長過程均有 明確的紀錄。養豬戶生產的A 級豬肉可以加上RFID 的包裝,藉由科技的輔助, 消費者到肉店均可看到肉品的完整資料,買到訊息透明的肉品。因RFID,消費 者進入安心飲食的時代。回首過去,口蹄疫讓台灣養豬戶損失慘重,不少健康豬 肉受到波及,只有連帶銷毀的命運。如果導入RFID,豬肉就像有身份證一般, 可清楚的知道產地來源、肉品資訊,如此不但提高生活水準也讓人們吃的健康。xdcm

If channel into RFID technology and strengthen and improve the transportation and sales equipment of meat product, promote and grade, cut, pack, refrigerate the unified transportation and sales, and handle the electricity and kill and declare and lead educating with the hygiene of the meat product in many ways, ban and butcher illegally, set up qualified meat product sign, advise consumer choose qualified and meat product of hygiene, set up modernized meat product transportation and sales system. Apply RFID to the pig industry, it is to rely on its strong materials for support to track that manage the characteristic, RFID chip plants into pig's only ears, note down pig's only growth course, there are clear records from gene, fodder, having an preventive injection, growth course.The packaging raising the A grade pork that pig's family produces and can add RFID, with the assisting of science and technology, the intact materials that consumers went to the butcher's to see the meat product, buy the information transparent meat product. Because of RFID, consumers enter the era of settling down the diet. Is it go over to turn one's head, foot-and-mouth disease let Taiwan raise pig family suffer heavy losses, much health pork involve, only the iii related destiny destroyed. If channel into RFID, just as pork has general ID cards, the very clear one knows the source of producing area, meat product information, but also the health that lets people eat that not only improve living standard like this.
