全球的產業對於存貨管理還有進步的空間,原因是對存貨方面做控管不易,而存貨管理受到產業所重視,且利用條碼來做盤點的工具,但條碼的缺點相當的多,因此想利用無線射頻識別系統的技術,此技術可改善以往的缺點。 例如:傳統的盤點需耗許多的人力、金錢與時間,因此在產品的盤點數量控管上顯得沒有效率,連帶影響到盤點的準確性。 所以,利用RFID 及個人數位助理(PDA)與後台資料庫(SQL)結合,且運用RFID 的即時性與標籤可讀寫並能同時讀取多個Tag 的特性,當倉庫進行盤點工作,可透過資料庫來了解進、出貨管制產品的數量,而在產品上都有保固期限以及唯一的序號,以便做到先進先出的管理。此外,也透過網頁的方式,建構以PDA 為導覽裝置的企業產品行銷系統。 最後,藉由產品上的標籤(Tag)知道原供應商及客戶,就可將貨退回原供應商及客戶,而未來也可以做個別進行商品追蹤與資訊回饋完整的產品生命週期,以提昇產業的競爭力。
There is still a lot of progressive space to improve inventory management in the industries globally due to the difficulty of inventory management. Also the inventorymanagement has been emphasized by industries and the bar codes have been used as the tool of inventory counting. Due to many shortcomings of the bar codes, RFID technologies are utilized to improve the shortcomings of bar codes in the past. For example, the traditional inventory counting requires to consume a lot of manpower, money and time so that the effort of the inventory counting ends not only with inefficiency, and but also results in influencing the accuracy of inventory counting. Therefore by utilizing RFID and PDA which are integrated with the SQL database in the host and the characteristics of real time and instant read-write of multiple tags by a reader, the quantities of products in the receiving and shipping processes can be monitored through the database management system so that the management of first-in-first out of inventories can be accomplished combined with unique serial number and warranty period data in the tags. In addition, the sale ordering system of enterprises integrated with web-based navigation of PDA can be implemented. Finally, the data of supplier and customer recorded in the tag on products can be used for the goods returning of customers to original suppliers of products, and also can provide the tracking of transaction activities and information feedback for each individual on the products life cycle in order to promote the competitiveness of the industry.
