摘要


隨著無線寬頻技術的不斷進步,帶動行動多媒體之興起與發展。在通訊領域中,寬頻和無線將扮演重要角色。人們可藉由無線傳輸之便利性隨時透過行動裝置取得數據資料,以便掌握最新訊息。另一方面,由於公共交通系統的普及化,搭乘大眾運輸工具安全性的需求將日益增加。安全的搭乘環境,已成為最迫切的發展目標。本文運用影像監控方式搭配無線網路傳輸,以WiMAX/Wi-Fi技術配合車用全球定位系統(GPS),建置網頁化之即時車載影像監控系統。藉由多媒體串流將影像傳送至監控中心與遠端瀏覽裝置,供使用者隨時掌握車內狀況,並將影像內容儲存於伺服器,以便提供日後事件影像的調閱。一旦車內發生突發狀況,本系統將可即時發送緊急求救訊號及影像,以提供相關單位立即處理。如此將可保障乘客與司機安全,以進一步提高乘車安全。另外,本系統的事件觸發功能與影像記錄亦可用來防止車輛失竊。

The wireless broadband technology is more and more progress. It causes to develop the mobile multimedia. In the communication area, wireless and broadband will play important roles. With the wireless transmission, it is more convenient to get the digital data and the real-time messages via mobile device. On the other hand, due to the development of the public transportation, the transportation security requirements become significant. Safe travel environment will be the urgent goal. The purpose of this research is to implement a real-time vehicle video surveillance system by using the WiMAX/Wi-Fi technology and the Global Position System. The video content taken from the inside of a moving vehicle is transmitted to the monitoring center and the remote web interface via the multimedia streaming. Users could monitor the status of the vehicle as necessary. To provide the video content for the inspection, the system will automatically store the video content into a media server. Therefore, the system will strengthen the safety of the passengers and the drivers. Moreover, the video surveillance and the event trigger function in the system can also be used to help to prevent the vehicle theft.
