在本文中我們將發展出一套PLC (Programmable Logical Controller, 可程式邏輯控制器)的遠端監控系統。在系統中,PLC會對內部即時電氣資訊如運轉情況及故障情況等進行編碼,並利用網際網路將即時(Real time)資訊傳回SQL(Structured Query Language, 結構化查詢語言)資料庫中儲存,做為即時監控資料查詢與運轉狀態顯示之用。此編碼後的運行狀況可提供維護工程師在設備機電故障維修時參考,以縮短維修時間。本系統可應用在所有使用PLC做為控制核心之自動化機電設備如沖床、停車塔等。此外若透過無線網路將「運轉碼」及「故障碼」等資料傳送至內建通訊功能之手持式裝置(Handset Device),更可提供行動通訊設備的使用者對系統進行監控,如此可達成不受時空限制的遠端監控系統。本文將以停車塔為例,針對昇降台在樓層間之移動、車體出入車庫等運轉動作進行監控及故障排除,以驗證系統的可行性。
In this thesis we will develop a remote control system on PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) devices which can collect the operation conditions such as normal run or abnormal runs, encode these conditions, and transmit the codes over the Internet feeding into a Structured Query Language (SQL) database for maintenance and troubleshooting. By this way, it is easy for maintaining the remote system. The system can be applied to any control system which uses PLC such as punch machine and parking tower. In addition, by using the Internet to deliver the operation codes and abnormal codes to any handset device which is equipped with network function, it is possible for mobile users to control the system. This make controlling the remote system at anywhere a reality. A parking tower system is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the system. The operation actions such as mobility of elevating plate, parking a car, and moving off a car are under supervised and controlled.
