摘要

近年來隨著網際網路的日漸普及和資訊科技之迅速發展，使得校園辦公室行政業務都已電腦化，在校務行政系統上確實也改善不少，但以供應鏈的角度來看學校，可以發現學校是最沒有效率的，各個單位之間並無緊密相連，加上有些行政作業並無電腦化仍需使用人工來完成，例如學生上課的點名和器材物品的借用等，因此需要利用資訊科技來改善； 本研究使用近年來最熱門的無線射頻辨識系統(Radio Frequency Identification ,RFID)，利用它的自動性、即時性、正確性、方便性等多項優點，導入在學校教室和各個重要點，連結後端資料庫做為出勤率、校內活動、研究時間等資料紀錄完整建檔，並建構校園資訊系統，提供給三種角色使用，分別為學生、教師、管理者，依三種角色給予各別權限的資訊；此資訊系統是做即時性畫面呈現，使用者透過這些紀錄資料可查詢分析和輔助參考，達到資訊化和自動化改善學校效能和提高整體績效。

In recent years the popularity of Internet and rapid development of information technology make the school office computerized, and certainly the school administration system is improved quite a lot. However it is found out that the school is not operated efficiently based on viewpoint of supply chain. There is no close connection among all department units, and additionally some administration is still not computerized and is finished manually, for example, the class roll-calling of students and check-out of class equipments. Therefore the improvement can be achieved by using the information technology. This research studies the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) which is one of most popular technologies in recent years. By using advantage of characteristics such as its automation, real-time, accuracy, convenience, and etc., the system can be implemented in the school classrooms and the related places by integrating with a host database completely to record the rate of attendance, school activity, research time, and etc. which all are combined to implement the campus information system; it will provide three different roles such as students, teachers, and managers with proper rights to access the proper information; the information system can be instantly accessed, and these records will provide the teacher and staff with information for reference and analysis, and improve the school efficiency and promote overall merits by
achieving information automation.
