摘要


網路科技日新月異,網際網路已逐漸走進人們的生活當中,而隨著寬頻網路環境的建置,可以透過寬頻網路傳遞的服務內容也相對增加不少。順應全球高齡人口快速增加的趨勢,隨著高齡化社會的來臨,多數行動服務供應商,產品針對之使用者多集中於青少年族群,行動服務之軟體操作介面許多都未考慮到高齡者之使用習性與操作特性。使用行動服務中軟體操作介面對於高齡者而言為最重要的議題,高齡者使用行動服務時需透過軟體介面的導引及時享受行動服務的樂趣。本研究探討以通用設計觀點發展行動服務之軟體操作介面,並讓高齡者一同參與設計,而參與式設計區分成三階段執行分別為:需求觀念擬定階段、重新擬定需求觀念階段與使用者試用階段;以導向式軟體設計(oriented software interface)觀點設計行動服務軟體介面包括:功能導向(Function-oriented)、使用者操作導向(User operation-oriented)與使用者自訂功能導向(Customized-oriented)。高齡者在參與設計過程中開發者能真正瞭解到高齡頋確實的需求因素,本研究目標是針對高齡者設計、分析合適的行動服務之軟體介面,讓高齡者可選擇最合適自己之軟體介面享受行動服務之便利性

Human’s life dramatically changes due to the development of internet and new information technology. Commercial mobile services are increasingly provided based on the construction of broad-band communication network environment. Different devices cause that the requirements of using mobile services and operating mobile equipment for the elderly are then totally different from that of the youths and are indeed ignored. The interface of mobile service is one of the most important issues need to be addressed since the elderly use mobile service through the guidance of interface. This paper discusses the universal design approach of developing mobile service interface. Three time slots of participation are defined as identify requirement, refine requirement, and test usability respectively. This paper also proposes oriented software interface approach of designing mobile service software interface as follows: function-oriented user operation-oriented and customized-oriented. Through the environment of mobile service software interface design that created in this paper, the interface designer can understand real user demand and adjust interface components by the user participation procedure. Potential improvement in interface design of mobile service for the elderly is identified through the analysis. Further development of flexible interface components suitable for the elderly to enjoy emerging mobile service is encouraged.
