摘要


國內的企業經營型態主要以中小型企業為主,其專案規模普遍較小且都有專案時程延宕、預算超支,以及多餘人力浪費的現象,導致專案產品無法及時交付顧客,及成本無形地增加。因此,造成企業商譽及獲利的損失,而如何有效縮短專案時程,制定符合企業本身之專案流程制度相形重要。制度化專案流程的建立,有助於專案進行之執行效率並能有效運用相關資源。 因此,本研究期望透過能力成熟度整合模式(CMMI)針對目前專案進行中所遭遇到之問題,提供有效資源整合及流程再造的解決方案。此外,本研究以個案研究之方式,實際瞭解中部某監視器專案公司目前專案執行狀況及問題,初步將訪談資料進行分析,並嘗試將CMMI連續式表述中的專案規劃、專案監控及供應商協議管理等三個流程領域,導入研究個案中。藉由CMMI的輔助,促使該企業能有效加強專案執行效率,讓專案產品如期交付給顧客,進而提昇企業競爭力。

Most of the domestic businesses are mid- and small-size enterprises. Due to the smaller project scale, the projects are delayed in delivery, and over-budgeted etc. Therefore, it could cause the damage of reputation and reduction of profit for businesses. To reduce the project duration and establish a suitable process system for projects are apparently important. The construction of institutionalized project processes can facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation and resource allocation. In this research, CMMI is applied to improve the process of customized monitoring system project with effective resource integration and process reengineering. In addition, this research has been applied to a case study for obtaining the evaluation and analysis results. The results of the case study reveal that the application of CMMI to the process improvement of the organization could ensure the products delivered on time and reduce the cost. Also, it can enhance the competitiveness of the firm in the market.
