物流倉儲配送系統條碼化應用於3C 產業中的規劃與建置

摘要

近年來3C連鎖商店的成立，順勢帶動了物流業之成長，研究的主旨是有鑒於物流業在供應鏈管理中扮演關鍵性的角色暨台灣發展全球運籌中的重要地位，故本論文針對3C連鎖商店的物流項目，所遭遇到的問題，從各配銷點到銷售店貨品運送狀況，以及收貨盤點速度及紙張作業之問題，其人工操作疏失，作業速度緩慢，針對其問題點加以解決。研究方法係藉由資料庫建立條碼系統，取代傳統物流系統之紙上作業，將不同貨品來源之商品，由條碼系統統一處理，並利用越庫貨物自倉庫或物流中心完成收貨流程後，直接轉至出貨區準備出貨。省去其間入庫存、上貨架等的物流程序，本研究結果可以取代傳統作業之重複流程，避免掉人工作業之緩慢及疏失，改善其3C物流之速度及正確性。

Recently, logistics industries improve their operation efficiency by continuous implementation of information and automation technologies according to their business characteristics. This thesis studies the logistics problems in Supply chain management at 3C chain stores, the speed of stocks goods in shop and human’s operation error all make operation speed slowdown in distribution centers. This studies using database to build barcode system. The barcode system can save the time of stocks operation and avoid human’s operation errors. The proposed research results can provide a solution for logistics.
