異質基對稱加密之研究

摘要


人類有追求幸福、安全、自由的天性,因此有所謂智慧型生活空間之倡議,但是截至目前為止,智慧型生活空間尚未有切確之定義,而追求幸福、安全、及自由,是不變的原則。身為一個人,有工作要做,上有父母要奉養,下有子女要教養,因此,在此資訊發達的時代,多加以運用資訊網路,像是:Internet、city phone、手機、PDA…等,利用資訊普及、快速的特性,使得人們可以獲取遠方的資訊,也使得到外地工作的人們可以藉此資訊與工作同伴取得聯繫,亦可以,與家人、小孩取得聯繫,因此使得人們可以安心的工作。 人們活在世上需要資訊與物質以供生活之所需,本研究發現在資訊發達世代,Internet存在帶給了人們許多便利的服務,但就目前Internet的安全性而言,尚有許多需要改善的空間,像是:加強E-Commerce的交易安全性及貨物品質保障,因為E-Commerce在現在社會中極為普及便利,但是在買賣過程中由於並無實際看到貨品,所以很容易發生買賣糾紛。當貨物送達時,若有瑕疵,買賣雙方均不願認帳,此時便會使得雙方發生糾紛。由目前的種種跡象可知,E-Commerce並不嚴謹,像是:訂貨時,買賣雙方有無問題、提供的資訊正確與否、買賣結束後引發的售後服務及退貨相關事宜等,都是很麻煩的問題,而針對上述的問題並未有較好的解決方法出現,因此本文提出資訊站的概念,若有資訊站的幫忙,買賣雙方便會知道對方可靠不可靠、對於貨物便有較好的品質保證,因此在本文第一章將會談到相關論點。 在照護方面,僅知道家人、老人安全與否並不夠,一但發生問題時,即使有119仍然無法提供即時的救助。因為等待救護的時間不可太長,像是發生心肌梗塞其黃金救援時間為三分鐘,基於資訊站無所不在之地理幾何位置,資訊站便可就近派出受過救護訓練的內部人員,做為社區救助之機動人員。對於老人救援、急難救助的問題,便可以達到就近、及時的救援,以減低老人與他人因跌倒或臨時發作的病況而造成的傷亡人數。 而資訊站在進行救援時,有一份完整優良的電子病歷存在很重要,讓救護的人依照情況的不同,及時參看病人的病歷,為病人提供合適的醫療,但目前的病歷加密技術尚未理想,所以本文針對電子病歷提出較安全的技術探討。 目前的資訊網仍具有公共性的問題,所以訊息傳遞時的安全性便極為重要,在本文中主要提出一異質基加密法,藉由異質基對稱加密的概念與浮動密碼典的特性,將訊息加密後傳遞到接收者的手中,以防破解者以不法的手段竊取機密。在本文中將會詳細探討此加密法基本架構與運用邏輯,而本文也針對電子商務、電子病歷、簽字及認證的安全性問題加以探討。

The so-called Intelligence Living Space is an ongoing issue without well definition, and even so, there is still common ground, namely E-Commerce and General Information Security in helping the realization of the Intelligence Living Space. So-called heterogeneity is our method all depending upon the heterogeneity. As in the chapters can be seen, the so-called floating codebook, the fixed codebook, the business codebook and the original codebook are all dependent of this property, i.e. different always to the persons and the matters involved. A bank note is monoculture because every note is the same though there is a serial number different. In the cryptosystem proposed, every entity is different, and this is the heterogeneity. Thus, all the codebooks are mutually transformable, all related computations are small integer computations, and heterogeneity is ubiquitous, therefore it is very convenient in designing a cryptosystem according to the information security need with very high efficiency. It is because the ball can provide almost infinite transformation modes effectively. The foundation for being able to have the heterogeneity is every user of the cryptosystem has a unique fixed codebook, which is generated from an original codebook. Therefore any fixed codebook can be reversely transformed to the original codebook, and hence be transformed to a specific fixed codebook. Each floating codebook is transformed from the fixed codebook, and hence all the codebooks, no matter what name is, can be mutually transformed. And the ball is the tool, to provide a structure of the space for all the codebooks. In this paper, we present a method and structure for cryptosystem and information security of E-Commerce, electronic anamnesis, signature.
