卓蘭地區高齡果農其健康情形與用藥行為之探討

摘要

隨著老年人口所佔比例逐年增加，老人的福利及醫療照顧應更被重視，老年人因自然老化及各大小健康問題造成身心功能的衰退，較會有用藥的問題發生。老年人常因罹患多種慢性病，需長期使用多種藥物，且也常會自行購買藥物、健康食品，或是服用中藥及草藥的偏方，所以發生藥物的交互作用等不良反應的機率就提高。
本研究藉由問卷訪談五十位卓蘭地區六十五歲以上的果農，了解本地區高齡者的健康狀況、噴灑農藥對健康的影響、服藥認知、購藥行為與就醫習慣，並做相關探討。

Elder person is increasing year and year,the welfare and medical care of elder person become more and more important. Elder person's general health condition is going downhill gradually, the burden and problem of elder person's medical care is increasing also.
Many elder person have various chronic diseases, take one or more different medication. Beside taking medication, many elder person frequently and simultanously adminstrate other things such as health food,traditional herbs,personal secret prescritions...... This is the reason why the probability of adverse drug interaction is increasing greatly among the elder person.
