自民國九十年全面實施週休二日後,國人帄均自由時間呈逐年延長之勢。本研究旨在探討台中地區國中教師休閒活動參與和休閒阻礙之現況及差異情形,採問卷調查法,以台中地區正式國中教師為研究對象,以分層隨機抽樣方式進行調查,共發出400 份問卷,有效問卷251 份,有效回收率達62.75%。資料分析方式包括描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析等分析方法,茲將分析結果摘要如下:不同背景的台中縣國中教師在休閒阻礙中會因不同的職務與工作年資而產生影響,其中不同的職務程度在結構性阻礙產生差異,而不同的工作年資多寡在人際間阻礙產生差異。人際間阻礙與結構性阻礙會相互影響,顯示當教師遇到人際間阻礙時,也會產生結構性的阻礙。因此建議學校主動提供教師適當的休閒活動參與機會、舉辦教師研習營,以凝聚教師之間的凝聚力,使教師彼此之間可以擁有融洽的團隊合作。
Due to the the two-day off in a week, people have more leisure time. And the job function in the school is very special. The purpose of this study is to delve into junior high school teachers’ participation in recreational activities in Tai-Chung Area, barriers to their participation in Leisure activities participation, as well as differences of their experiences. Survey questionnaires were sent to random samples of officially employed junior high school teachers who had served in Tai-Chung Area. All together 400 questionnaires were issued, among which 251, or 62.75%, were valid. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, and single-factor variable analysis. Results of analysis are as follows: Junior high school teachers of different demographic features, including function and seniority, show significant differences in participation in. The different function show significant differences in construction constraints and the different seniority show significant differences in interpersonal constraints.
