本研究主旨在探討台灣中部中小企業女性領導者之領導模式,研究目的為:(1)了解台灣中部中小企業女性領導者的挑戰與責任;(2)了解台灣中部中小企業女性領導者的目標與願景;(3)了解台灣中部中小企業女性領導者領導的組織與行為;(4)瞭解台灣中部中小企業女性領導者領導的理念與技巧,藉由研究發現,提供台灣中部中小企業女性領導者領導模式之建議。依質性研究方法,採半結構式訪談大綱來進行深度訪談,訪談符合本研究標準的女性領導者共七位;並根據深度訪談的內容一一將資料進行分析,研究結果可歸納為三個主要概念:(1) 領導發展策略;(2) 領導模式的執行;(3) 領導衝突協調方面。經由深入瞭解與探究台灣中部中小企業女性領導者之領導過程與經驗,更瞭解她們的領導能力與艱辛。研究結果可提供中小企業女性經營管理者、政府相關單位、未來研究者具體建議與參考。
The objective of the research is to study the leadership of female leaders of small and medium enterprises in Central Taiwan. There are four major themes of the research : (1) To understand the challenges and responsibilities of the leadership of the female leaders of the small and medium enterprises in Central Taiwan. (2) To understand the visions and goals of the female leaders of the small and medium enterprises in Central Taiwan. (3) To understand the organizations and leadership behavior of the female leaders of the small and medium enterprises in Central Taiwan. (4) To understand the ideals and leadership skills of the female leaders of the small and medium enterprises in Central Taiwan. I use the qualitative research approach and semi-structured interview to proceed the interviews. The number of the female leaders matching the research criteria is seven. The suggestions of research findings are categorized into three main aspects: (1) strategy of leadership development (2) execution of leadership (3) negotiation and resolution of leadership confrontation. Through the in-depth analysis of the leadership processes and experiences of the female leaders of small and medium enterprises in Central Taiwan, we can further understand their abilities and efforts to become leaders. I believe that conclusion of this research can offer concrete suggestions and references to other female leaders of the small and medium enterprises in Taiwan, to the related governmental units, and to future researchers for winning the global competition during the all-changing era.
