影響機構老人睡眠品質相關因素的探討

摘要

目的:探討居住於安養機構老人睡眠品質的相關因素，提供住民睡眠品質改善之參考。
方法: 本研究為橫斷面研究使用結構式問卷，探討台中地區登記於內政部社會司已立案老人安養、護機構共6家，研究對象須符合以下條件:(1)年滿65歲或以上(2)沒有失智、瞻妄或任何精神疾病(3)入住安養機構6個月以上者。總共與92位住民進行面對面的訪談，使用匹茲堡睡眠量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index；PSQI)，探討住民的睡眠品質。
結果:使用複回歸分析發現:有入睡困難、因為擔心睡不著覺而不好入睡的住民，睡眠品質得分增加。
討論:影響睡眠品質的層面很廣，有很多面相是本研究未考慮到，希望日後研究能將睡眠品質作更深入的探討。

Discussion:effect sleep quality have many reason hope future research can deep discussion.
