建置維基式教學平台輔助國小手球訓練之研究

摘要

在運動技能的訓練過程中，教練很難為每一個學生找到合適、有效率的訓練方法。最理想的解決辦法就是透過許多專家的幫忙診斷或是蒐集各種專業的訓練方法，以解決不同學生不同的問題。研究者想到利用Web2.0的概念，並透過現有資訊科技的幫忙將許多訓練法知識集合起來，並分類建置成一個維基式教學平台來輔助手球的訓練。
在研究的過程中，研究者先利用文獻分析法、訪談、參與觀察法、德懷術等方法先行建置一個簡單的維基式教學平台。透過維基系統的內容管理特性，研究者所提出之分類方法建置成一個維基教學平台以進行教學實驗。
本研究所得結果如下：
一、針對實施維基式教學平台之實驗組與對照組學童，研究者由t檢定平均數差異情形發現：在基本運動能力等七項測驗及上手球三步射門的表現上，實驗組之學習成效顯著優於對照組。
二、由實驗得知:維基式教學平台在輔助國小手球訓練上優於傳統教學。
未來的研究發展希望藉由維基系統的共同創作行為，可以由很多個教練共同進行創作，讓手球教練們能彼此分享訓練技巧及方法，將訓練的知識活化、創新、再利用，將國小手球的整體素質提升。

An ideal way of handball training is to cooperate with many experts, or to look up for the training handbooks. In this study, a Wiki-based platform was built up to assist handball training. First, the principles of training instructions were classified. Then, a training knowledge base was established by collecting the training instructions. Experimental results show that the Wiki-based platform can promote the performance of handball training and teaching. In addition, through the co-write feature of the Wiki-based system, it is easier for coaches to cooperate with each other to share the handball training knowledge.
