本論文主要是應用被動式RFID射頻標籤晶片前端RF-DC電荷幫浦(Parallel Charge Pump)整流電路之設計概念來設計,並選擇以蕭特基二極體(Schottky Diode)作為電路主要元件,由於此電路結構常被應用於電壓的升壓轉換,也因此設計出了這組無線充電的電路板。 首先以NI Multisim電路模擬軟體針對以蕭特基二極體為元件的並聯式電荷幫浦整流電路進行不同設定的模擬,並依模擬之輸出結果計算不同元件的效能,之後以Protel 99 SE電路設計軟體進行電路版的繪製,接著再使用電路板雕刻機來進行電路板的Layout。電路板完成之後,針對不同材質與不同規格的電池來進行充電的比較與測試。
This paper proposed a new way of charging that is different from traditional direct metal connection charging method for portable electronic products. This non-contact charging technology is based upon the existing charge-pump circuits, which harvest the RF energy to the charge-pump circuit and transfer to the charge-pump circuit for voltage enhancement. Final results show the circuit simulation and realization of PCB that was proved workable by turning on the LED.
