台灣珠心算產業進入新加坡、馬來西亞策略之研究-以A團隊生活式珠心算教材出版為例

The Strategy of Taiwan Abacus Industry to Enter Singapore, Malaysia - A Case Study A Team of Life-Style Abacus in Textbook Publishing

摘要

台灣的小，使得國內企業很早就走進國際，也因為民間企業腳步和思維比政府敏捷，所以需要花費相較其他國家企業更多時間、並靠自己去摸索出營運的模式；台灣的大，因為了解國內市場的有限，極早便跨出台灣並能迅速接受國際策略啟蒙、建立全球觀念。
此刻，科技帶來的計算速度早已超越人類自然能力且仍持續挑戰極限下，ㄧ個屬於世界華人之光的珠心算傳統產業正面臨市場存廢考驗。透過此次訪談和整理各種相關組織、制度、官方和非官方的統計，希望呼應對照國內外產業環境的異同整合獲得進入新馬兩國的可能策略。
本研究參與珠心算產業相關制度、教材和因為傳統帶來的師徒制訓練等觀察，與抵達新加坡、馬來西亞兩國訪談當地的珠心算產業和資料蒐集，獲得跨國出版應結合既有的當地相關業者，才能在最短時間內創造效益的結果；而藉專業演講能夠提升當地家長對珠心算和數學領域的了解，肯定跨國教材的教育功能。
台灣本土產業能在其他國家猶能發揮如同國內的生產競爭力、或孕育子公司更甚母公司的潛力開發，跨越國界和融入當地文化的概念架構下，因為本研究評估的策略而有效降低營運風險，方是企業跨國經驗中最寶貴的功課。

And reorganizes each kind of related organization, the system, the official and the unofficial statistics by this interview, hoped that echoes compares the domestic and foreign industrial environment the similarities and differences conformity to obtain enters Singapore and Malaysia's possible strategy.
