南投縣國民小學教師知覺校長知識領導對教師專業社群互動成長影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨在了解南投縣國民小學校長知識領導對教師專業社群互動成長之現況,並分別針對不同教師個人背景變項和學校環境變項探討教師知覺校長知識領導與教師專業社群互動成長的差異情形,最後,則分析校長知識領導對教師專業社群互動成長的兩者相關性與預測力。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以南投縣國民小學教師為調查分析對象,由彙整蒐集到的相關文獻形成研究架構,編製「南投縣國民小學校長知識領導對教師專業社群互動成長關係之研究的調查問卷」進行調查,問卷研究對象以南投縣國民小學教師為樣本,蒐集的資料以獨立樣本t 考驗、多因子變異數分析、LSD事後考驗法、典型相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析與處理,經歸納本研究分析之結果,獲致以下的結論: 一、南投縣國民小學教師知覺校長知識領導現況,屬於「普通中上」 程度,其中以「外在行動」最佳。 二、南投縣國民小學教師專業社群互動成長現況,近「良好」程度, 其中以「溝通交流」最佳。 三、南投縣國民小學不同學校歷史、學校規模、學歷、現在職務及任 教年資的教師,所知覺校長知識領導行為具有差異存在。 四、南投縣國民小學不同學校歷史、性別、年齡、學歷、任教年資及是 否曾任領域召集人的教師,所知覺教師專業社群互動成長具有顯著差 異。 五、南投縣國民小學校長知識領導與教師專業社群互動成長具有顯著 正相關。 六、南投縣國民小學校長知識領導能中度預測整體教師專業社群互動 成長及教師專業社群互動成長之「溝通交流」、「資源運用」及「團 隊學習」等層面。 最後,依據研究結果,提出具體建議,俾供教育行政機關、國民小學校長與教師,及後續研究者參考。

This study attempted to investigate the current conditions of the situation and teacher specialized social group interaction growth of elementary schools in the Nantou County , and to analyze the differences between principals’ knowledge leadership and teacher specialized social group interaction growth in school environmental variables and consciousness of personal variables. Finally, this study attempted to verify the sefactors for prediction. This study employed questionnaire. The samples consisted of teachers selected from elementary schools in Nantou County . The researcher analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods such as: t- test, Multivariate Analysis of Variance MANOVA, LSD afterwards tests statistical method and stepwise multipl regression analysis. These conclusions are as follows: 1.The situation of Nantou County elementary school teacher consciousness principals’ knowledge leadership belongs “ordinary on” degree, specially external motion. 2.In Nantou County elementary school , the situation of teacher specialized social group interaction growth , now near “good” degree, specially the communication exchange. 3. Nantou County elementary school that have different history, scale, teachers which have difference ceaching experiences make he difference consciousness the knowledge leadership behavior. 4. Nantou County elementary school of teachers that have different history, genders, ages, educational experiences and domain conveners or not make the difference in consciousness the teacher specialized social group interaction growth. 5. In Nantou County elementary school , principals’ knowledge leadership relates to teacher specialized social group interaction growth. 6. Nantou County elementary school gains knowledge the leader to be able the moderate forecast overall teacher specialized social group interaction growth and the teacher specialized social group interaction grows it “the communication exchange”, “the resources utilization” and “the team studies” and so on the stratification planes. In the end, according to this research, it provided concrete suggestions in order to provide the reference to the education authorities, elementary school principals and teachers, and follow-up researchers for the future studies.
