摘要

由於現代科技蓬勃發展，學校教學輔助設備相對增加，學校物品財產種類也因而繁多，所以學校對於財產管理的需求也隨著增加。
因教師教學需要借用設備也因而頻繁，盤點財產也就更加繁重。學校財產管理之目的在於能滿足對這現有的財產做良好管理及配置。
以往財產管理用人工登記方式管理非常無效率，所以財產管理及盤點也就一直為各校所重視。而RFID 技術以非接觸及無方向性方式透過讀取器有效率快速讀取資訊，具有整批讀取、讀寫資料、資產移動即時追蹤等特性。
因而藉由 RFID技術特性，使學校更容易管理設備財產，讓財產管理人員能因RFID 系統獲得便利，以達到減少人工、紙張、時間之成本浪費，使學校物品財產快速流通及使用以達到正確盤點的目的。

Because of modern technology boom, the Scholl teaching aids relatively increase , and types of school property are so plentiful, which increasingly demand the school management for the property.
Because teaching frequently needs to borrow equipment, it will make inventory of assets more arduous. The purpose of the school assets management is able to provide these existing assets with tracking, inventory, and configuration.
The manual management of assets in the past to manage is not efficient so that the assets management and inventory also has been valued by schools. By using wireless and nocontact way to get the information efficiently and quickly through the reader, the RFID technology can batchly read and write data in real time to track the movement of assets.
Due to RFID technical characteristics , it will make schools more easily manage the facilities and assets so that the asset management staff can facilitate to reduce manual, paper, and the cost of time wasted, which will therefore result in school assets rapid flow and use to reach the correct inventory purposes.
