運用RFID建構學生出席管理系統─以國小校園為例

Implementing Student Attendance Management System by Using RFID : a case study of campus of a local elementary school

摘要

現代雙薪家庭，孩子獨自在學校，家長平時工作繁忙，將孩子送至校園後，關心在校情況與上課表現，所以本研究著重於整合無線射頻辨識(RFID)技術和Microsoft SQL Server 2008資料庫，建構一套關聯式的學生出席系統與流程，管理學生的進出校園記錄及異動記錄。
本研究使用RFID技術在國小校園學生的出席管理上，學生進出校門口、進出教室直到上課地點，上課老師只要透過教室電腦連結到資訊系統，便可以馬上知道學生出勤狀況，若需要知道某學生異動狀況，教師或行政人員透過資訊系統就可查詢，節省廣播後尋找學生的時間，明確掌握學生狀況。

In modern time, for the double-income families, parents are usually busy in work, and children stay at schools. After children are sent to the school, parents are anxiously concerned with the children’s situation and performance at schools. Therefore, this study focuses on how to integrate RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database to implement an information system used to monitor student attendance, school entrance, and transaction records.

By use of RFID technology, the students’ attendance, students’ in-out the school gate, class attendance, and class location can be monitored by teachers through the classroom computers linked to the information system so that teachers can immediately know the status of student attendance. Therefore, teachers or administrators can grasp students’ status by querying through the information system so that the broadcast time is reduced to find students.
