南投縣幼稚園教師參與休閒運動現況與阻礙因素之研究

摘要

本研究論文之目的在探討南投縣幼稚園教師參與休閒運動的現況、休閒運動阻礙因素差異性之比較，期能將研究成果提供幼稚園在推動休閒運動產業時之依據、藉以改善目前幼稚園教師休閒運動現況。
本研究對象以南投縣幼稚園教師為母群體，樣本數共有235人，採問卷調查法配合普查方式作為蒐集資料之依據，將資料經描述性統計加以歸納成研究結果供本研究論述使用，以了解目前南投縣幼稚園教師休閒運動情況與問題。
研究結果發現南投縣幼稚園教師以不固定運動時間與次數為主；夥伴以家人或朋友為主；每週以兩次以下居多、每次以2小時以下，而運動時間以下午及晚上居多；所選擇交通方式以機車或徒步為主、場地以離家近的學校及運動場、參與休閒運動支出低於1000元；所選擇休閒運動項目以散步、健行為主；不同背景變項的幼稚園教師與休閒運動參與現況皆有差異；在不同背景變項的幼稚園教師與休閒運動阻礙上，則顯現兼職行政教師與年齡在31-40歲，在休閒運動阻礙因素上大於其他職務與年齡層的幼稚園教師。

The main purpose of the study aimed to investigate the current situation of getting involved in leisure sports for the kindergarten teachers in Nantou County and to compare the impediment factors of doing leisure sports among the kindergarten teachers of various backgrounds. It is hoped that the study findings could provide kindergartens with the suggestions of improving kindergarten teachers’ participation in leisure sports.
The subjects of the study were 235 kindergarten teachers in Nantou County . All subjects were requested to fill in a questionnaire. In data collection, the subject responses to the questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively.
Based on the data analysis, the findings of the study for kindergarten teachers in Nantou County are summarized as follows:
1. They do leisure sport flexibly concerning time and frequencies.
2. They do leisure sports alone or they were accompanied by their family members.
3. They do leisure sports once or twice a week with each time under two-hour persistence. In addition, most of them preferred either afternoon or evening as their sport-time.
4. Regarding the choice of location, they preferred the athletic fields in schools close to their residence so that they could go there either on foot or by motorcycle.
5. Take the style of leisure sports into consideration, their priorities fell on both taking a walk and going hiking as a result of low payment under $1000 when doing them.
6. There are significant differences among the kindergarten teachers of various backgrounds in their participation in leisure sports as well as the impediment factors of leisure sports.
7. Different background variables in the kindergarten teachers and leisure sports are obstacles between the parts found in the 31-40 years age group with administration of a part-time kindergarten teachers, the extent of the barriers are stronger than other age.
