實習諮商師對團體成員流失現象的知覺、因應方式及其內在經驗之分析研究

摘要


本研究從實習諮商師帶領團體的經驗,探討在面臨團體成員流失歷程中,實習諮商師知覺到的流失前現象、因應方式及內在經驗(包括內在反應和影響)。本研究採用立意取樣,邀請到六位已結束實習和正進行實習的實習諮商師做為研究參與者,以半結構式訪談法收集資料,並以Merriam(2009)的基礎質性研究方法(basic qualitative study)進行資料的編碼與分析。 根據資料分析,本研究發現(1)流失前現象的知覺可分成流失成員方面、團體互動方面以及領導者方面,發現流失成員動機和行為變化,以及團體內互動關係較多現象可觀察。(2)因應的方式依流失階段分成流失前、流失當下、流失後,前兩階段對流失者和團體本身的處理較多,流失後領導者則專注帶領團體和照顧領導者個人。(3)內在反應依流失階段分成流失前、流失當下、流失後,流失前階段反應為內在產生波動起伏、引起反移情、自我省思、評估現狀以穩定自我;流失當下分成正負向兩種反應;流失後的反應為坦然接受流失、自我省思、重心回歸團體、負向反應。(4)影響可分為成員缺席流失對領導者的影響和領導者自身成長兩部份,前者的影響有對團體帶領的影響、領導者個人的影響、正面影響三方面;後者可分為專業和個人成長。 最後研究者根據研究結論與發現,針對實習諮商師、諮商教育訓練者的建議及未來的研究方向提出建議。

The purpose of this research was to understand the counselors’ internship experiences. To study what they perceived before group members’ dropout, their coping methods, and their internal experiences (including their internal reaction and influence). The data was collected by semi-structured interviews and analyzed by a basic qualitative method. Six counselors who had experienced their group members’ premature termination when they were intern were invited to describe their subjective experiences. The results are as follows: 1. Before the group members’ dropout, leaders could perceive the clues that the members changed their motivation and behaviors in group. 2. When leaders met their members’ dropout, they would take different coping strategies to deal with the problems of the group and their own negative emotions. 3. Leaders had different kinds of feeling during group members’ dropout, but they usually denied their negative emotions. 4. Those experiences provided an opportunity for leaders to enhance their awareness and took more attention on members and took care of themselves. Based on the results of this research, the suggestions about the intern counselors, counseling educators, and further research were provided.
