回家-我和父親的回家之路

本研究的起心動念是父親在民國110年4月11日因跌倒住院離家至醫院，再從醫院到養護機構的無法回家，父親於養護機構常說「我要回家，為什麼我不能回家，你為什麼不帶我回家」，而父親終於在111年3月18日回家居住的過程，經歷了父親的迢遙回家之路，透過父親的回家路途，讓研究者反思自己的回家之路。本研究以生命敘事為研究方法，描述及整理研究者與父親的回家之路。第一章研究緣由，省思研究者想要的家樣貌，回家所必須面對的困境，瞭解有那些助力可以讓自己能安心回家。第二章整理父親因病離家與回家的過程，以及父親的生命經歷，理解父親的家與研究者想要的家之間的交集與連結。第三章話說原生家庭，描述研究者與父母、手足之間的關係，讓研究者以不同視角及立場看待家人，對於家人有更多關懷、包容及接納。第四章整理研究者自己的成長及回家之路，分別描述成長經歷，理解造成生命經歷多舛及順遂的原因，進而能探得自己生命的意義及價值。第五章為人生的抉擇，描述人生重要抉擇事件，因為自己勇敢抉擇，人生才有改變的契機，才有現在的自己。第六章人生人生，為本論文結論，走在人生路途上，一步步走向回家之路，回到與父母相互陪伴的家，回到身心安頓的家。

The reason for this study is that the researcher's father was hospitalized for a fall on April 11, 2021, and left home to the hospital, and then he was unable to return home from the hospital to the Nursing Institutions, Father often said at the Nursing Institutions, "I want to go home, why should I go home?" Can't go home, why don't you take me home?", and on March 18, 2022, the process of my father finally coming home to live, I experienced my father's long journey home, and through my father's journey home, it made me think own way home. This thesis uses “narrative research” to describe my journey home with my father. The first chapter of this research studies the reasons. First, I will reflect on and explore the appearance of my home and understand what kind of help can help me return home with peace of mind. The second chapter organizes the process of my father leaving home due to illness and returning home and understanding the relationship between my father and my home. The third chapter talks about the family of origin, describing my relationship with my parents and siblings, family members from different perspectives and positions, and having more care, tolerance, and acceptance for my family members. The fourth chapter organizes one's own growth and the way back home, describes the growth experience, understands the reasons for the life experience, and then can know the meaning and value of life. The fifth chapter is about the choice of life and describes the important choice events in life, and because of my courageous choice, I can change my life and have my current self. The sixth Chapter is about Life, walking on the road of life, step by step towards the road home, back to the home where you and your parents accompany each other, and back to the home where your mind and body settle down.
