摘要
肌筋膜痛徵候群為最常見的一種肌肉骨骼系統毛病，可發生在人體任何骨骼肌上，它有一特定敏感之板機點及投射到遠方肌肉之轉位痛。頸肌筋膜痛徵候群為頸部各種不同肌肉群所造成之特定位置的頭痛及眩暈、噁心、嘔吐、失眠等自主神經功能障礙的現象。本科自74年元月起與神經內科合作從事此類患者之評估與治療。我們設計一套「頸肌筋膜痛徵候群特殊病例表」，評估內容包括一般資料、病史、症狀嚴重度給分，板機點肌群、轉痛位分佈位置及頸部活動表；治療方式除了傳統之熱敷、超音波、電刺激、治療性運動外，還加上La Freniere式操作技術及牽張與噴射葯物等特殊療法；其結果顯示兩星期後病患90%有極滿意的恢復。

Myofascail pain syndrome is one of the commonest musculoskeletal disease. It can happen in any skeletal muscle, characterized by having a specific trigger point and referred pain. Cervical myofascial pain syndrome is the specific site affected by neck muscles, resulting a clinical spectrum of headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, insomnia and disturbance in antonomic concomitants. This is a report on the study and evaluation of the patients with myofascial pain syndrome of neck muscles. With assistance if the Neuropsychiatry Section of our hospital. We developed a special chart of clinical evaluation, including the patient's general data, medical history, severity grading of symptom, specific muscle of trigger point, site of referred pain and neck mobility. Treatments included were traditional hot pack, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, therapeutic exercise and special methods of LaFreniere body technique, stretch & spray. The results were promising, 90% of the patients showed excellent response in two-weeks time.
