摘要

牙釉質瘤（Ameloblastoma）是一齒源性外胚層腫瘤，且臨床上為生長緩慢，具侵犯性之腫瘤，若手術切除不足則容易復發。左顏面區以下顎骨最常發生，約占80%。而上顎骨發生率極低，目前文獻當無合併上下顎牙釉質瘤之報告。本病例為一12歲男孩，因右下顎腫脹至本院求診，經環口放射線攝影發現右下顎臼齒區有一放射線透視區病兆且合併上下左右第三大臼齒阻生牙，經手術切除證實為一多發性囊性牙釉質瘤，因此研判懷疑此多發性囊性牙釉質瘤可能由含齒囊腫所演變，故特別提出討論。

Ameloblastoma is a common jaw bone tumor. The majority occurs in the mandible. It was derived from the odontogenic epithelium. Some study showed cystic ameloblastoma was transformed from dentigerous cyst. There is no previous report of ameloblastoma occurring simultaneously in both the maxilla and the mandible. We report such condition in a 12-year-old boy with multiple cystic ameloblastoma may be derived from dentigerous cyst.
