針刺治療腦中風後遺症的幾點體會
Understanding on the Sequela for the Treatment of Apoplexy by the Acupuncture
摘要
腦中風後遺症中，僅中風偏癱的針灸療效輕好，而中風所致的失語、吞咽困難與痙攣性癱的治療，則比較棘手。近年來，報導了不少治療中風後遺症的方法，如頭針、芒針、舌針、眼針、耳針等。在多年的臨床實踐中，我們採用綜合方法治療腦中風後遺症，較單用傳統針法收效顯著。腦中風是腦血管外的俗稱，也是腦卒中。腦血管疾病是人類三大死因之一，患了腦中風後，約有四分之三的病人留有程度不同的後遺症。針灸治療中風偏癱的療效確切，而對中風所致的失語、吞咽困難和硬癱等的治療，則比較棘手。我們在臨床實踐中觀察到，採用綜合方法治療中風後遺症，較單用傳統針法收效顯著，現將我們的體會介紹如下。

In the sequela of apoplexy, only the acupuncture treatment of cerebral paralysis is good, and the treatment for loss of talking, swallowing difficulty and convulsion paralysis treatment is much more difficult. In recent years, many methods have been reported to treat the sequela of apoplexy, such as head needle, awn needle, tongue needle, eye needle, ear needle etc. In the clinical practice for many years, we adopt the comprehensive method to treat the sequela of apoplexy, which is better than the traditional acupuncture method. The apoplexy is the abbreviation of cerebral paralysis. The cerebrovascular disease is one of three major causes of the death of the mankind. After suffering from the apoplexy, nearly three fourth of patients have different degree of sequela. The acupuncture treatment of cerebral paralysis is good, and the treatment for loss of talking, swallowing difficulty and convulsion paralysis treatment is much more difficult. We observe that using the comprehensive method to treat the sequela of apoplexy, which is better than the traditional acupuncture method. Our experience is introduced as follows.
