用運動方法治療慢性腰肌勞損

Sports Therapy in Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

摘要


慢性腰肌勞損為中醫傷科常見疾患,一般人的觀念,總以為只要接受傳統的手法治療,針灸治療或藥物治療即可,殊不知一個完整的治療,功能鍛鍊是不可或缺。功能鍛鍊古書上稱之為「導引」,簡單的說就是運動。它是通過肢體運動的方式來預防或治療某些損傷,使其康復。本文簡要介紹Pilates地板動作,做為腰部的功能鍛鍊。

Chronic lumbar muscle strain is a kind of common clinical diseases in Chinese traumatology. Most people thought it can be totally cured with traditional manipulation treatment, puncture treatment and herbs treatment. In fact, functional training is a required part in a complete treatment for chronic lumbar muscle strain. The functional training was called as ”Tao Yin”, a series of exercises. Through movement of the limbs and body, the functional training can be used to prevent and cure some kinds of injuries. This study introduced the Pilates movement for the functional training on the lumbar region.
