摘要

子宮異常出血是由神經內分泌功能失調引起，而非直接由全身及內外生殖器器質性病變引起。子宮異常出血是婦科常見疾病，會發生於月經初潮至絕經期間的任何年齡。臨床主要表現為月經周期、經期、經量的異常，如月經周期長短不一、經期延長、經量過多或不規則陰道出血。臨床分為排卵性和無排卵性兩類，無排卵子宮異常出血的特點為月經周期不規則，經量多和或淋漓不淨，經期長達10餘天，甚至數月。有排卵子宮異常出血月經周期相對有規律，主要表現為周期縮短、經量異常增多、經期較長但能自止。
子宮異常出血屬中醫“崩漏”、“月經先期”、“經期延長”、“經間期出血”范疇，有排卵子宮異常出血和無排卵子宮異常出血均可伴見“不孕”。中醫依辨證論治法則處理有明顯效果。

The uterine bleeding disorder is caused by neuroendocrinology dysfunction, which is not caused by the disease of whole body as well as inside and outside reproductive organs. The uterine bleeding disorder is the common gynecological problem among women at any age. The clinical symptom is irregular menstrual cycle, heavy menstruation or vaginal bleeding. It is divided into ovular type and anovular type. The feature of anovular uterine bleeding disorder is irregular menstrual cycle, heavy menstruation and dirty blood. The menstrual cycle can last for ten some days and even several months. The feature of ovular uterine bleeding disorder is regular menstrual cycle with short cycle, abnormal heavy menstruation, longer period but self ceasing.
For Chinese medicine, the uterine bleeding disorder is called ”metrorrhagia”, ”menstruation and fertility problems”, ”intermenstrual bleeding”. The ”infertility” is often occurred in ovular type and anovular type of uterine bleeding disorder. According to syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine treatment has very good effect.
