仲景方治療消渴病探討
Discussion on the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus by Zhang Zhong Jing's Prescriptions
摘要
消渴病的記載最早開始於《黃帝內經》，但論述詳細且有方藥治療的記載則為《傷寒雜病論》，張仲景對此病的症狀描述細緻、確切，而且辨證立法獨到，處方用藥詳備，臨床上運用仲景方其效果確實，因此近年來倍受國內外中醫界所重現。消渴病與今之糖尿病，臨床表現基本上是一致的，糖尿病現今已成為同癌症、心腦血管疾病並列的重大疾病，發病率高，病程漫長，只能長期的控制，而且經常伴隨著心臟、腎臟、眼睛、血管及末稍神經等全身性併發症的產生。自從人類發現胰島素之後以及現代製藥技術的發達，使得本病的治療獲得很大的進步，尤其是對於血糖的控制可以達到調節代謝近乎正常的水平，但是長期併發病的產生仍無法有效地預防。本文從仲景方治療消渴病的文獻中，將其重點摘錄歸納整理，以供讀者參考，希望能對本病的防治有所突破與貢獻。

The diabetes mellitus had been described in ”Medical Classics of Emperor Huang (Huang Di Nei Jing” at very early time. It was specified in ”Treatise of Typhoid Fever” in detail. Zhang Zhong Jing used syndrome differentiation to propose his unique prescription clinically. So, it was pair more attention by foreign and domestic Chinese medicine sector. The diabetes mellitus (diabetes) has become big disease as cancer and cardiovascular disorders. The disease occurrence rate is high and the progress is long. Only long-term control can be used. The complications in heart, kidney, eyes, blood vessel, and peripheral nerve are often generated. After the insulin was found, its treatment has got an advanced progress, especially the control of blood sugar level, which can be controlled to normal level. But long-term complications still can not be prevented. This paper is trying to review the literature of Zhang Zhong Jing's Prescriptions, in order to get breakthrough and contribution for the treatment of this disease.
